OmPrompt’s Order Management Solution, and How to Quickly Scale to M&A Pressure

While M&As are fantastic for the expansion resources, expertise and customer bases, they do come with the complexity of multiple systems, and individual ways of managing the supply chain. Omprompt’s engagement with Stryker is an example of how we can help companies do more with less across multi lingual and international customer bases.

7 years ago, Stryker came to us with a problem of having to scale their orders, whilst dealing with an entirely manual process. Their customer service team had reached their workload tipping point, but with tightened margins, couldn’t hire new staff.

It was for this reason that Stryker looked for an order automation solution that could increase their capacity without increasing cost.

7 years later, we are proud to say that Styker have expanded their scope with OmPrompt to 10+ new countries, and have benefited from a reduction in costs, freed customer care time and increased standardisation across their order management processes.

This year, OmPrompt and the teams in each countries are expanding their solution footprint from our standard high volume transaction processing to picking up more infrequent and less standard non-EDI transactions. This includes supporting Stryker to retrospectively make changes to master data, to allow for better quality master data and transaction processing! The volumes of these orders equate to thousands per month and we are really excited for the next phase in each country.
