OmPrompt are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic and motivated team.  We'd love a self-starter to join our opportunity focused sales team, to work creatively with prospects, clients and internally to deliver our Sales Target. This role will be an integral part of OmPrompt’s Go To Market team, who are a vibrant team with huge growth aspirations for 2021.

The main aim of this role is to help extend OmPrompt’s footprint as a vendor supporting leading brands.

OmPrompt’s Go-To- Market team have extensive and aggressive growth plans and need the right individual to support us achieve our ambitious objectives. You will be supported by a growing and evolving Go To Market team including a marketing team and from product specialist. Our customer base covers both national and international territories. Candidates should be willing to travel within the UK and abroad.

LOCATION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role involves getting inside the customer's business, listening well, identifying and building strong relationships with all key stakeholders, guiding the prospect and the opportunity and would suit a software sales executive who really enjoys working in an entrepreneurial and start up environment, responsibilities to include:

  • Leading the sales cycle within our automation solutions targeted at the operational supply chain (order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes).
  • Working with our customers and prospects to understand the key challenges and drivers the prospect has and their high-level requirements.
  • Including targeting the right companies and the right people and qualifying them in, all the way through the process.
  • Focus and expectation to generate new leads, getting through the gatekeepers, giving demonstrations, being persistent and patient and travelling the whole sales journey from start to finish. You should be looking for early wins and being creative to secure prospect buy in and sales success. Support is provided by a growing and evolving marketing team and from product specialists. A good track record of sales and success in selling application software is essential and knowledge of the SaaS / cloud market is very desirable.

  • An experience of CPG / FMCG supply chain
  • Proven international sales background

OmPrompt is a looking for a self-driven Digital Analyst to join our busy and dynamic Go To Market Team.

The main aim of this  varied role is to help extend OmPrompt’s footprint as a vendor supporting leading brands. We envisage being 10% SEO, 20% CRM management, 30% PPC and 40% data analytics – but it’s yours to shape with support from the wider team and management around requirements identified

LOCATION:

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating meaningful sales reports and dashboards for Business Development, Sales Management, Product and Senior Leadership.
  • Identifying new opportunities through intelligent data insight.
  • Defining customer journeys and segments with clear hierarchies and rules.
  • Analysing outreach campaigns; putting forward recommendations for improvement.
  • Conducting, reporting on and analysing Google Ad and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
  • Co-managing the CRM system (currently Salesforce).
  • Scheduling weekly emails in Pardot.
  • Assessing data on its consistency, quality and correctness to identify data discrepancies and incomplete data.
  • Advising the Sales/Business Development team on improving data practices and data quality.
  • Leading on the SEO requirements for our websites (with support from teammates).

Are you an energetic and motivated marketer with a creative background? OmPrompt is looking for a marketing coordinator to join our expanding Go To Market team in 2021.

Your role would be assisting the sales and marketing team in sharing content, emails, and sponsored campaigns across our network and to our prospects. You need to be competent working within Salesforce and Pardot, as well as having knowledge in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

With no two days being the same, you need to be adaptable, flexible, but most of all willing to roll your sleeves up and take the initiative when needed!

LOCATION:

Currently based remotely, OmPrompt is based in Milton Park, Abingdon, and the successful candidate should be within a reasonable travel distance.

This role involves working closely with the head of content to share OmPrompt’s message with the world. You need to take charge of emails and social media promotion, knowing where in the funnel certain content needs to be and actioning its publication. Further responsibilities include:

  • Posting to our LinkedIn page with relevant content
  • Using Pardot to schedule and send emails
  • Adding and updating leads within Salesforce
  • Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to OmPrompt branding both internally and externally
  • Managing the content library
  • Seek new and creative ways to efficiently maximise OmPrompt marketing efforts
  • Support the sales team with email campaigns
